Associate Director (Corporate Strategy), Global Asset Manager

We are a Singapore-headquartered independent asset management group, wholly-owned by a prominent financial institution. With substantial assets under management, we provide global investors access to diverse investment strategies. With a mission to create value and drive growth for our business and investors, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Strategy hire to join our team in Singapore.

As an Associate Director, you will focus on 3 key areas of growth: (1) support/execution of M&A, (2) "toehold" LP investments into managers of interest and (3) seed investments into group funds.
- 5 - 12 years of relevant working experience at a principal investor, in a corporate M&A team or at an investment bank
- Meaningful transaction experience, ideally as a fund investor
- Familiarity with the fund-management industry
