**Job Summary**:
The Family Driver / Dispatcher is responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of family members, as well as handling logistics and dispatch-related tasks. This role combines driving with coordinating errands, deliveries, and schedules to support the household’s transportation and logístical needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Driving Duties**:

- Safely transport family members to and from work, school, appointments, and social engagements.
- Maintain the cleanliness, fueling, and basic upkeep of all household vehicles.
- Plan efficient routes and avoid traffic to ensure timely arrivals.
- Assist with loading/unloading groceries, luggage, and packages.
- Perform vehicle inspections and schedule professional maintenance as needed.
- Ensure discretion and privacy for the family at all times.

**Dispatch & Logistics Duties**:

- Coordinate and schedule pick-ups, deliveries, and errands for the household.
- Track and manage multiple daily tasks including courier or service appointments.
- Communicate with external vendors or service providers for scheduled deliveries.
- Maintain records of completed errands, deliveries, fuel usage, and mileage.
- Act as a liaison between the household and third-party service providers.
- Monitor and adjust driving schedules as needed based on real-time demands.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Experience as a personal or professional driver.
- Basic understanding of dispatch or logistics coordination.
- Strong time management and multitasking skills.
- Familiarity with navigation tools and scheduling apps.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Trustworthy, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when required.

**Preferred**:

- Previous experience in a driver/dispatcher role.
- Ability to handle light troubleshooting of vehicle issues.
- Experience working in a private household or with high-profile individuals.
