4. Work with server vendor or other third-party vendor to analyse, troubleshoot and resolve all server-related problems.

5. Document and maintain server administration guides, logical system diagrams and

operation manuals. Create such documents if they are currently not available.

**Requirements**:
1. Possess the relevant qualifications and/or be proficient in the following areas:
a. Minimally three (3) years hands-on experience in administration of servers.

b. Microsoft Hyper-V, VMWare

c. Windows 2008/2012/2016 Server

d. Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Group Policy

e. Preferably experience in Commvault/Symantec Backup Products

f. Preferably experience in Trendmicro/Symantec Anti-virus products.

g. Preferably certified in Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), ITIL or equivalent.

h. Knowledge with EMC storage

j. Good understanding with Change Management processes

k. Basic Networking knowledge is a plus.
