**This Training Administrator shall assist / coordinate / execute internal and external trainings. Ensure all training administrative matters are documented. Provide indirect supervisory to a group of In-House Trainers.**

**JOB DIMENSION (SCOPE)**
- Assist, coordinate and execute internal and external trainings
- Conduct orientations and perform training assessments
- Maintaining training data on Learning Management System
- Maintain quality of training and KPIs of In-house Trainers
- Performing other ad-hoc duties / projects as and when required
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum Diploma
- Highly organized, structured and meticulous
- Appreciation for operations / hands-on work
- Ability to work in a fast pace and dynamic working environment
- Desire to strive for excellence in training
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- People-oriented
**ADDITIONAL INFORMATION**
- AWS + Variable Bonuses
- Working Location: Jurong Island (2-ways transportation will be provided at designated locations)
- Working hour: 8am to 5.45pm (Mondays to Fridays)
