**Job Scope**:
- Providing general secretarial and administrative support to the Directors, managers, and senior management staff
- Handling of general HR and admin functions
- Administer job interview schedules and onboarding process
- Responsible in updating, maintaining and filing of employees' records and files
- Assist in organising and planning corporate events
- Other ad-hoc projects and duties
**Requirements**:
- Locals only
- A-Levels / Local Diploma / Degree
- Able to work long-term in the office in Singapore
- Able to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients
**Working Hours**:
- Able to work a minimum of 3 weekdays per week, Office hours (for Part-timers)
- 5 days work week, Office hours (for Full-timers)
**Salary**:
- $2000 - $3000 (for Full Timers)
- $11 - $15 (for Part Timers)
- Subject to experience and qualifications
**Job Benefits**:
- 13th month bonus (for Full Timers)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour
**Benefits**:
- Promotion to permanent employee
