**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage lift installation projects from start to completion
- Lead, guide, and train a team of lift technicians to meet project timelines and quality standards
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers for smooth project execution
- Conduct inspections, troubleshooting, and problem resolution during installation

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 20 years of hands-on experience**in lift installation within a Singapore company
- Proven leadership skills with experience in managing lift installation teams
- Strong knowledge of lift installation processes, safety requirements, and industry standards
- **Experience working on projects with prominent lift companies**will be considered a significant advantage and may supplement formal education requirements
- Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills
