Job SummaryThe Junior Compounder is expected to produce production batches within the Production plant. He/she will be required to collect/refill raw materials manually, handle processing equipment (e.g. pumps, lance, hoses), perform in-process checks, and interact with semi-automated systems. The Junior Compounder is also required to perform basic cleaning and maintenance of the equipment used.

Job Responsibilities:

- Performing all production tasks of gathering, charging, blending, packing of materials and collection of batch sample for quality control purposes.
- Perform & record daily check sheets such as scale calibration, Haccp & forklift.
- Carry out good housekeeping practices to maintain production areas in a neat and tidy manner.
- Pack product into required packaging and label.
- Comply to all established safety requirements whilst carrying out daily routines.
- Able to read & understand the decimal places between shopfloor paper and weighing scale
- Practice Good Manufacturing principles and comply at all times to GMP, Quality Control, AIB, Food Safety, HACCP, Safety and Legislative requirements.

Requirement:

- GCE "O" level / Nitec certification
- Good knowledge of GMP manufacturing processes
- Good written and Verbal communication skills
- Minimum of 1 years' experience in chemical, Paints (Resins, Emulsions), FMCG, Pharmaceutical or R&D
- Willing to work overtime as the production schedule dictates
- Being able to work independent and in teams
