This job offers exposure to a wide range of operations and the opportunity to turn raw data into actionable insights and business impact.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Data Collection & Collation**- Gather data from internal teams (development, investments, operations, finance) and external sources
- Maintain organised data repositories for ongoing analysis and reporting
- **Data Cleaning & Quality Control**- Validate and reconcile datasets to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Identify data gaps, anomalies, and inconsistencies; work with relevant teams to resolve them
- **Data Analysis & Insights**- Perform basic to intermediate data analysis to support financial modelling and performance tracking
- Summarise findings into clear visuals, tables, and dashboards for reporting purposes
- Assist in developing KPIs to measure project performance and operational effectiveness
- **Forecasting**- Utilising and extrapolating the data to prepare budget and forecasts
- **Reporting Support**- Prepare data inputs for management and board reporting packs
- Prepare presentations and summary reports for senior stakeholders and investors
- Support the FP&DA team in ad-hoc analysis and scenario modelling
- **Process Improvement**- Recommend and implement improvements in data capture, storage, and reporting processes
- Support automation initiatives to improve data efficiency

**Requirements**:

- Minimally 2-4 years of work experience in funds management, finance, analytics, or real estate
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field
- Strong proficiency in **systems** (EPM)
- Strong proficiency in **Excel** (pivot tables, lookup functions, data formatting)
- Experience with data visualisation tools (Power BI, or similar)
- Understanding of financial statements and investment concepts
- Strong attention to detail with a methodical approach to data cleaning and validation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills to work with different departments and stakeholders
