**Your career at Deutsche Börse Group**:
**Your Area of Work**
Clearstream's investment funds services enable banks and other investment fund distributors to move towards standardisation, automation and straight-through processing of investment fund orders. Being part of the Global Funds Operations Team, you will be managing few operational activities and also taking care of customer queries from our APAC based mutual funds clients.

**Your Responsibilities**

Operational activities
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of daily investment funds operational activities (Income, Transfer, Order Routing, Outgoing Payments)
- Perform daily checks and reconciliation with transfer agent on trades placed
- Completion of documents required by transfer agents
- Work closely within the team to ensure operations are carried out efficiently
- Frequent contribution to process improvements and projects.

Customer Services
- Provide support to clients for mutual funds and services within IFS Client Services team
- Participate to service review an escalation call, when needed.

**Your Profile**
- University degree in Business, Finance, Economics or relevant experience
- 1 to 3 years of relevant banking experience and knowledge of investment funds
- Ability to multi-task between operational activities and customer service
- Must be able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Pro-active attitude with strong problem-solving skills, accuracy and ability to work independently and as part of a team in an international environment
- Customer oriented with excellent telephone, communication and negotiation skills
- Working on early shift to support Australian market may be required
