**Role Overview**:
As a Designer, you will be an integral part of our creative team, contributing to the development and execution of captivating visual experiences.

Your work will not only be instrumental in promoting our wine portfolio but also play a crucial role in showcasing our tailor-made wine and culinary experiences.

Through your artistic vision, you will help elevate our brand, build emotional connections with our clients, and reinforce our reputation as an industry leader in delivering exceptional wine-related services.

**Key Responsibilities:
1. **Brand Identity and Collateral Design**:

- Develop and maintain a cohesive and visually compelling brand identity that aligns with the company's values and positioning.
- Design promotional materials, packaging, and collateral that effectively communicate the essence of our wines and services.

**2. Website, Social, and Digital Content**:

- Create captivating visuals for the company website and other social/digital platforms.

**3. Bespoke Wine & Culinary Experiences**:

- Work closely with the event planning team to conceptualize and design bespoke wine and culinary experiences tailored to our client's preferences.
- Create visually stunning presentation materials and mood boards to showcase the proposed experiences.

**4. Photography and Visual Content**:

- Assist in organizing and conducting photo shoots for our wine bottles, events, and experiences.
- Edit and retouch photographs to ensure high-quality and visually appealing content for marketing purposes.

**5. Collaborative Projects**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (both internal and external partners), including marketing, sales, and event planning, to ensure a unified and consistent brand image. - Provide creative input and support for various projects and initiatives within the company.

**Required Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience as a Designer, preferably in the wine, food, or luxury industry.
- A strong portfolio showcasing design skills in branding, digital marketing, and event-related visuals.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Proficiency in video editing software is a plus.
- Ability to think creatively, innovate, and translate ideas into captivating visuals.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and composition.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of current design trends and an understanding of the wine market is a plus.
