Singapore Mosque Madrasah Wakaf Shared Services Full time

**Job Overview**

The Executive is primarily responsible in assisting the development and execution of sectoral Public Education, Marketing and Branding solutions, strategies and programs that effectively promote the Mosque-Madrasah-Wakaf sector, its values and services within internal and external stakeholders, with special focus on productivity, technology and innovation, all of which are envisioned towards the enhancement of the MMWSS’ headquarters’ leadership and influence on the socio-religious life of the community.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Work with Mosques, Madrasah & Wakaf sectors as part of the development, planning and implementation of marketing initiatives pertaining to IE
- Create and maintain related materials, campaign content, brand guide and consistently execute the client’s brand
- Ensure all communication collaterals are adhering to the brand/s corporate guidelines, style guides, tone of voice and personality
- Develop engaging and meaningful content (text/images/video) to grow an active community.
- Identify and engage with influencers like Asatizah to build relationship and brand message.
- Define social media strategies that target and attract audiences across social media channels to achieve objectives through adoption of proper social listening strategies and skills
- Analyze social media campaigns efficacy and areas for improvements
- To ensure all marketing campaigns, materials and communication collaterals are integrated, timely, clear, consistent and accurate

**Job Requirement**
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications or equivalent
- Minimum 2 to 5 years’ experience in Marketing, Corporate Communications or Public Relations
- Able to creatively conceptualize and produce communications materials to engage the organization's target audience
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications and creative/design softwares such as Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, etc
- Videography, editing and/or photography skills are a plus
- Requires minimum supervision and able to work independently
- Ability to prioritize & plan effectively
- Resourceful & enthusiastic

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $2,600.00 - $3,500.00 per month

- Local Polytechnic Diploma (preferred)
