**Summary**
We are looking for an early-career **Business Operations Associate **to join our team. At Zenith, you will have the platform to gain valuable growth experience, be challenged to think strategically, and execute effectively across a wide range of business operations tasks.

**Responsibilities**
- Own and drive tactical execution on general business tasks
- Provide support for business metric monitoring / reporting and other strategic planning activities
- Manage daily administrative / project management tasks and ensure smooth operations of the Commercial department

**Requirements**:

- At least a Bachelor's degree in any field
- Between 0.5 to 2 years of work experience
- Possess an understanding of business and technology concepts and the ability to articulate that knowledge in an analytical, effective, and clear manner
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Possess strong coordination and organisation skills
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good team player with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
