In this role, you will report to the Team Lead of PRUShield Claims who oversees the Pre and Post (PP) hospitalisation team.

The position requires you to be computer-savvy, and preferably with prior admin or claims knowledge. You are also required to be able to communicate and work amicably with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external customers.

Individual will be learning on

1. Processing Prushield Claims registration in Life Asia System

2. Gain in-dept understanding of Workflow System

3. Authentication and management of Medical Reports/ clarifications to Hospitals and Clinics
