️ **RRRTS Hiring | Retail Sales Associate (Full-Time)**

RRRTS is a creative brand specializing in personalized gift customization, dedicated to turning every creative idea into a unique and heartfelt gift. We are now looking for a friendly and proactive **Retail Sales Associate**to join our team. If you are passionate about customer service, enjoy recommending products, and love working in a creative retail environment, we’d love to meet you

**Work Location**:
OUE Downtown Gallery (Central Business District)

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers, providing professional and friendly service at all times
- Recommend products based on customer needs, explain customization options, and upsell when appropriate
- Handle customer orders from selection to payment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain store cleanliness, display arrangement, and product replenishment
- Process cash and digital payments accurately and securely
- Assist in unpacking, labeling, and arranging new stock in the store
- Report stock levels, damages, and customer feedback to the management team

**Job Requirements**:

- Friendly, approachable, and service-oriented personality
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Comfortable with using basic POS (Point of Sale) systems and handling cash

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous retail or customer service experience
- Knowledge or interest in gift customization and creative products
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus (Mandarin, Malay, Japanese, etc.)

**Working Hours**:

- Full-time, 6 days a week
- 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM daily

**Compensation & Benefits**:

- Salary negotiable (depending on ability and experience)
