**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the daily operation of specialist outpatient clinic
- Provide prompt and quality front-line services to patients
- Appointment Scheduling and filing of insurance claims
- Perform payment and financial counselling duties for surgical procedures and services.
- Handle incoming and out-going mails, attend to queries from internal and external parties pertaining to the Specialist Clinic
- Adhere to Specialist clinic Procedure (SOP)
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by Supervisor.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma / Nitec or equivalent
- Minimum 1- 2 year of clinic assistant experience
- Service-oriented mindset
- Attention to details
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Working experience in a specialist clinic setting will be a plus
- Willing to travel to other Specialist clinic if required
**Other information's**
- **5.5 Day Work week**:
- **Working location : Around Novena Area (Within Hospital) or** **Joo Chiat Place **(Within Hospital)**
