
Admin Coordinator

Responsibilities:
- Handle general administrative duties, office improvements, facilities and equipment maintenance, housekeeping matters, etc.
- Attend to phone calls, visitors and suppliers
- Coordinate local & overseas shipment
- Assist to check and pack goods for shipment when required
- Assist in stock-take activity and store maintenance
- Assist in procurement of components and materials
- Assist in general HR duties such as travel and hotel arrangements
- Other duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- GCE ‘N’ Level or above
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in Singapore
- Proficient in MS Office software
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Able to speak Mandarin is an advantage (in order to handle queries, concerns and attend to phone calls from Mandarin speaking visitors and suppliers in regards with the shipment matters.)
- Possess good interaction skills and able to communicate with people at all levels
- Strong coordination and multi-tasking skills
- Able to work fast and complete assigned tasks within schedules
- Willing to do hands-on work such as packing, checking and organising stock items
- Responsible, committed and independent
- Positive work attitude and keen to acquire new knowledge for self-improvement
- Able to work after office hours when required
- Working hours : 8.30am - 5.30pm (Mon to Fri)
**Salary**: $1,800.00 - $2,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
