REQUIREMENTS OF IT APPLICATION PROJECT MANAGER (PM)

**Work Experience**:
c. Recent relevant experience in supporting Government Projects will be an added advantage.

d. PM with recent exposure in managing project budget, timeline as well as scope will be an added advantage.

f. Relevant PM certifications, SCRUM master certification and/or practical experience with Agile Methodologies, tools and delivery, and proficiency in Microsoft Azure will be an added advantage.

General Skillset.

a. Strong analytical, conceptualisation and problem-solving skills.

b. Ability to take a broad, strategic perspective as well as drill deep to understand business needs and challenges.

c. Results and customer oriented.

d. Team player with strong organization and people handling skills.

e. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to pitch ideas and influence stakeholders

f. PM with strong communication skills, good writing skills and analytic skillset will be an added advantage.

g. PM with relevant healthcare domain knowledge will be an added advantage.
