**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Assist in contract drafting and vetting across various countries and functions
- Manage contracts with customers, vendors, suppliers, partners, or employees
- Create and manage contract management systems and database for easy access and retrieval
- Provide legal support and maintain and coordinate contract administration
- Maintain documentation, correspondence database and document any changes/amendments that may happen during contract execution
- Ensure control of legal/regulatory records in compliance with external and organization-specific regulations and standards
- Assist in corporate secretarial work and corporate exercises
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- At least Diploma in Law or relevant studies
- At least 2 to 3 years of working experience in commercial or related field
- Prior hands-on experience with contracts, regulatory compliance and PDPA required
- Senior Executive specialising in Law or equivalent preferred
- Good communication and writing skills, including good command of spoken and written Chinese
- Ability to articulate legal issues in a clear and convincing manner
- Good organisational skill and ability to work as a team and to engage members across various functions
- Able to work independently, manage workload and meet timelines
