as a Finance Manager.
We are currently recruiting for a talented individual to join our team of finance professionals as a Finance Manager. This fantastic and rare opportunity in a financial control role covering the full spectrum of finance function - including accounting, tax, treasury and risk management.
This role will take care of Lendlease Global Commercial REIT (“LREIT”)’s accounts with multiple stakeholders in multiple countries / jurisdictions, and is responsible for financial reporting of the LREIT’s accounts and will work closely with the LREIT Manager team.
Other key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Preparing the half-yearly financial reporting package per SGX reporting requirements- Working closely with the EGMF and rest of the LREIT team, prepare and provide inputs into investor relations presentation and FAQs- Planning and implementation of forecasting and budgeting, internal controls- Working with regional treasury and the EGMF, accountability for treasury matters related to LREIT, including transaction management, hedging and capital management- Ensure half-year and annual financials are reported in time for Lendlease half-year and annual financial reporting- Liaise with the REIT Trustee in respective jurisdictions in arranging all necessary resolutions in relation to approval of accounts, dividend and other distributions, change in bank signatories, director, officers etc., and ensure filing is done as appropriate- Supports in corporate finance transactions, including acquisitions, mergers and disposals- Support the EGMF and overseeing and mentoring the junior members of the team- Be an active participant and contributor within the LREIT team
