**About the Role**:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Factory Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our manufacturing facility. The role ensures productivity, efficiency, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities on the factory floor.
- Ensure production schedules are met efficiently and on time.
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance or training as needed.
- Troubleshoot issues and liaise with maintenance for equipment repairs.
- Maintain safety, cleanliness, and quality standards in the production area.
- Ensure proper documentation of production output and materials usage.
- Assist in continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Minimum NITEC or Diploma in Engineering or relevant field.
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of production processes and safety regulations.
