Our client, a leading HR consulting firm in Singapore is looking for a Senior Consultant to join their Human Resources Development team. The incumbent will be responsible for providing operational and admin support, managing various projects, and leading business and sales strategies.
【What you will be working on】
Business and Sales Strategizing for Growth:

- To plan and implement strategies for organizational HR consulting business and market penetration into global markets for the company and business growth
- To take the lead in initiating client contact, meetings, proposals, and related projects

Client Management:

- To conduct meetings with and accurately understand the client’s organizational/HR challenges and needs and provide suitable consultation and solutions to them
- To create materials relating to consulting projects with clients

Project Management:

- To ensure smooth training or program delivery (e.g., logistics management, pre-sales support, and post-sales follow-up)
- To create the project deliverables (e.g., reports, surveys etc.)

People and Project Team Management:

- To guide, develop, and lead junior consultants to be independent, capable consultants in project deliverables and client management
- To delegate tasks appropriately and set timelines and schedules for projects

Operational and Administrative Management for ongoing projects:

- To ensure timely update of internal CRM
- To continuously provide operational excellence support by creating and/or updating documents and/or deliverables
- To perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as required
- ** Requirement**:

- 【What they're looking for】
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in any of the following 3 sectors:
1. Organizational HR consultancy/HRBP/Organizational Development/Learning & Development roles
2. Other Consultancy or In-house Strategic/Corporate Planning and Development/Project Management roles
3. Other Corporate Sales/Marketing roles (non-tangible services)
- Experience working with/in Japanese companies (i.e., understanding culture and requirements) is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Suite including PowerPoint
- Excellent command in the English language, to liaise smoothly with clients
- Willing and comfortable working in a start-up environment.
- ** Working Hour**: 9:00 ~ 18:00
