**Position Overview**:
Are you a motivated, enthusiastic individual with a flair for sales and marketing? Do you have a knack for building relationships and crafting compelling messages? We’re seeking a Junior Sales and Marketing Associate to assist in driving our sales efforts and marketing initiatives. You’ll be working closely with our sales and marketing teams to support campaigns, generate leads, and help elevate our brand.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs.
- Support the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and social media content.
- Help manage and track marketing campaigns and sales performance.
- Coordinate and assist with events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.

**Requirements**:

- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies.
- Experience with content creation and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Ability to analyze data and generate reports to track marketing performance.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and online advertising (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) is advantageous.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana) is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.

**Job Descriptions**:

**Requirements**:

- Local diploma or bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and tools
- Analytical skills for data interpretation
- Samples of marketing projects or campaigns, if available.
- Team player, creativity, adaptability, and strong organizational skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: $2,900.00 - $4,500.00 per month
