Job Responsibilities:

- Prepare all drafting works as directed
- Receipt, distribute, record and file all drawings
- Detailing and documentation of working drawing
- Prepare Transmittal on drawings for submission or issuance to sub-contractors
- Compile of As-built drawing upon project completion
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

- With relevant working experience as a drafter or BIM Modeler in Construction Industry
- With hands-on experience on BIM/ REVIT
- Proficient in Revit software, Architecture, Structural and MEP
- Good math skills
- Ability to meet deadlines

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Drafting: 1 year (preferred)
