**Role Overview**
We are seeking an experienced and strategic **Marketing Cloud Consultant**to join our team in **Singapore**. In this full-time role, you will lead the implementation and optimization of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions for clients across diverse industries, including both the **public and private sectors**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Partner with clients to gather requirements, provide strategic marketing guidance, and deliver scalable Marketing Cloud solutions.
- Design and deploy marketing journeys, data segmentation models, and personalization strategies using Journey Builder and Automation Studio.
- Collaborate with developers and technical teams to implement Cloud Pages, AMPscript, SSJS, and automation workflows.
- Lead Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CRM integration efforts, ensuring seamless data flow and campaign execution.
- Deliver training, documentation, and consulting support to clients across both public and private sector engagements.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and optimization recommendations.
- Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and best practices to advise clients on innovation opportunities.

**Required Skills & Experience**:
4+ years of hands-on experience with **Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement**.
Experience designing solutions based on business and marketing objectives.
Excellent communication skills and comfort in client-facing roles.
Familiarity with CRM data structures and integration best practices.
Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines.

**Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)**:

- Experience working with both **public sector agencies**(e.g., government ministries, statutory boards) and **private sector organizations**in Singapore.
- Experience with Mobile Studio and push notification campaigns.
- Technical proficiency with AMPscript, SSJS, and dynamic content personalization.
- Familiarity with Marketing Cloud Personalization (Interaction Studio).
- Knowledge of Marketing Cloud Intelligence (Datorama) for reporting and dashboards.
- Experience integrating Marketing Cloud with Salesforce Sales or Service Cloud.
