**Social Media Content Planning and Management**
- Drive BYD, Denza, Peugeot, Ford, Quicklane and Vantage Automotive social presence, with full ownership of respective brand voice and owned social channels
- Define social strategy and measurement approach for effective implementation across the business
- Champion adoption of social marketing best practices and social analytics to drive impact for the consumer business
- Increase engagement for existing audiences with high-quality social initiatives
- Acquire new followers by filling gaps in our marketing content output
- Align our brand with new and emerging trends
- Improve ROI through more consistently on-target messaging
- Identify new channels to embed our brand that align our marketing direction
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to bring business narratives to life in an engaging and social-first manner

**Live Stream and Social Media Short Reels**
- Manage live streams on Tiktok, Facebook and Xiao Hong Shu
- Involve in live stream hosting. Able to host, engage and communicate face-to-face, fronting the camera and audience.
- Constantly explore and identify new potential opportunities in all aspects to develop and establish streaming content and format for greater viewership.
- Involve in broadcast/live stream process, including scheduling, planning, and marketing.
- Track, monitor, and understand live stream's performance through insights and analytics.
- Coordinate and work with marketing team to boost campaign through live stream.
- Create and edit video short reels for social media
- Content and video production management including creative writing for social media and website
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting our products/services and maintaining a positive brand image.

**Media Relations**
- Developing, implementing and measuring external and internal Media based communication plans
- Manage day-to-day media relations/media requests for brand and corporate issues
- Develop written materials including press releases, Q&A, media standby statements on brand and corporate issues as required.

**Events and Marketing**
- To work closely with the team to conceptualize and manage events marketing using both traditional and new media channels
- Manage events budget, evaluate results against goals, and generate learnings for improvement

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in Business / Marketing equivalent
- 1 - 3 years’ experience in a marketing / social media role
- Proven experience in delivering social media campaigns and social community management for international brands
- Strong knowledge of content creation and social media channels, TikTok, XiaoHongShu, FaceBook and Instagram
- Passionate about the potential of social live commerce in the new digital retail.
- Fun, energetic, creative, confident and presentable in presenting, with a positive and likeable attitude.
- Familiar with live streaming technology, proficient in using live streaming equipment and operations, able to quickly process and solve technical issues.
- Have an in-depth understanding of the live streaming process and program content, able to plan and adjust according to the needs of the host and audience.
- Passion for video creation, and strong interest in content making for social media.
- Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends and public holidays based on promotional needs and live broadcast schedules.
- Able to converse fluently in English and Chinese
