Electrical Foreman (Construction)

**Location**: Site-based, islandwide (Singapore)
**Employment Type**: Full-time (5.5-day week)
**Salary**: S$2,500-4,000/month (basic)

**Benefits**: 13th-month bonus (AWS), annual salary review, S$100/month transport allowance, 14 days annual sick leave, statutory benefits
**Hours**: Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm; Sat 8:00am-12:00pm (occasional OT)

About the Company

Established construction contractor (100-499 employees) delivering M&E and building works across Singapore.

What You’ll Do
- Supervise and assign daily tasks to site electrical workers; ensure work meets specs, schedule and safety standards
- Plan daily work schedules; verify tools/equipment are serviceable
- Inspect electrical installations and in-progress works; ensure quality per drawings/standards
- Manage use of materials, tools and equipment; resolve shortages/issues promptly
- Enforce Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) protocols; reduce incidents on site
- Guide, train and support workers; resolve on-site issues or conflicts
- Maintain a clean, organized worksite and proper storage of materials
- Keep accurate records of work done, materials used and incidents; prepare and submit required reports

What We’re Looking For
- GCE O-Level/SPM or above; relevant electrical trade certification an advantage
- 3+ years’ site experience in electrical works, including team supervision (foreman/chargehand level)
- Able to read drawings and follow project specifications and method statements
- Strong coordination, problem-solving and reporting skills
- Working knowledge of WSH practices and site safety requirements
- **English proficiency** for safety briefings and documentation; **Mandarin is a plus** to liaise with Mandarin-speaking workers/suppliers (not a requirement)
- Basic computer literacy for daily reporting

Pay: $2,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month
