You will own day-to-day campaign management, ensuring smooth workflow and coordination with internal teams as well as externally with media owners and agency partners.

**Core responsibilities**:
- Contribute to campaign strategy development and ideation
- Brief and follow up with media partners on proposals and evaluate the relevance and strength of proposals
- Develop media recommendation and campaign KPIs
- Manage campaign implementation, including offline media placements, digital campaign set-up, ensuring all ads properly are tracked and measured, and working with media owners and agency partners to ensure campaigns are launched on time
- Ensure regular performance reports are delivered on time with sound analysis and learnings
- Build credible relationship with clients, acting as first point of contact on day to day account requirements
- Build positive relationship with media partners and clients’ agency partners, acting as first point of contact on operational matters
- Monitor competitors’ activities, keep current on media trends and identify interesting and relevant opportunities for clients.
In 3 months:
- Acquire a good understanding of Wavemaker's planning process, proprietary tools and other research resources and how it can be applied to formulate insights and campaign plans.
- Build positive relationship with clients, media owners and agency partners.
In 6 months:
- Become the go-to-person for clients on campaign matters. Actively participate in clients meeting discussions.
- Own campaign implementation including digital performance monitoring and reporting.
- Competent in project timeline management to ensure timely delivery/campaign launch.
In 12 months:
- Own campaign planning including proactive collaboration with various parties to develop compelling media solutions.
- Ability to present media recommendation confidently to successfully sell in ideas.
- You currently live in Singapore and possess a good understanding of local media scene.
- Prior experience in advertising industry (media agency, digital agency, creative agency, media owners) in Singapore will be an advantage.
- You are analytical and rigorous in thought process and a fast worker.
- Ability to write well in English with good working knowledge of Powerpoint.
- You are eloquent in making presentations and comfortable in speaking up in group discussions
