You just found it.- To provide preventive maintenance, installation, and commissioning service and troubleshooting to highly specified sterliztaion and disinfection equipment in Life Science and Healthcare environments.**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Lead or assist in the installatio and commissioning of new equipment, often involving custom configurations according to Getinge's protocol.
- Perform both routine maintenance and advanced repairs, including the calibration of equipment to ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., sterilziation efficacy, safety protocols).
- Implementing Field Service Corrective Actions.
- Utilize diagnostic tools and software to identify and rectify problems in electrical, hydraulic, or pneumatic systems.
- Follow the company service protocols and fill out the checklist and service reports as per the company requirement.
- Provide technical training to customers and sometimes to less experience technicians.
- Meeting key KPIs assigned to y ou as an individual and of Service department.
- Establish and maintain a professional working relationship with customers and co-workers through teamwork.
- Sharing of knowledge and provide advice to clients and their staff as well as end-users, on the proper operation and usage of the equipment.
- Occasionally support regional customers and distributors.
- Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the Company and/or Manager.

**Requirements**:

- Good understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
- 5 years working experience in field service for industrial equipment.
- Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry would be a plus.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
- Hard working, team player, independent, hands-on, customer oriented and good attitude.
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in both verbal and written English.
- Ability to travel with occasional overnight stays as and when required.
