Senior Hardware Engineer

This role has been designated as ‘Office’, which means you will primarily work from an HPE office.

What you will be Responsible for:

- NPI(New Product Introduction) Hardware Test Lead
- Dive deep into the schematics and product functionality/new features to develop a comprehensive test coverage and cost effective test solutions for our new products
- Formulate test plan for the new products
- Lead/Drive cross-functional teams to deliver stable test solutions for our new products
- Troubleshoot, root-cause and getting corrective actions implemented on defects during Prototype builds
- Investigate product defects from the field/customer

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
- More than 5 years in related experience. Engineering roles with design background is an advantage
- Experience in eMMC, DDR, Oscillator, IBC, power supply qualification
- Strong fundamentals in electronics engineering with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of circuit analysis and component characteristics.
- Familiar with lab equipment (e.g., high speed oscilloscope etc.)
- Self-motivated individual, results oriented and strong follow through skills
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
- Must be a team player with ability to participate in a global, cross-functional teams
