Institutional Custody Static Servicing Specialist

**Role Purpose**
We're looking for someone like you to:
- establish yourself as a trusted single point of contact for Institutional Clients and Banks & Regulated Brokers
- answer clients’ questions on day-to-day use of our platform and post-trade related topics. e.g. securities settlements, corporate actions, reconciliation, cash management and operational tax.
- support smooth onboarding and training for new clients
- provide post trade support for our premium clients, e.g. sending of settlement instructions and sending of proxy instructions
- act as the point of contact between clients and our technical support and development team
- be on the lookout for ways to improve processes, reduce risks, strengthen controls and increase customer satisfaction
**Your experience and skills**
You have:
- previous client services experience within the financial services industry
- fundamental knowledge or prior experience in custody and securities services
- passion for dealing with clients, strong numerical skills and an understanding of financial instruments products
- the proven ability to build, maintain and enhance relationships at all levels
- experience in IB and/or WM Ops will be of added advantage
You are:
- comfortable working with internal and external clients
- motivated, self-directed and driven as well as adaptable
- able to work independently and across teams and functions
- able to look at things holistically and connect the dots
- an excellent communicator, analytical and well organized
- skilled at looking for ways to improve (you’re a keen observer and problem solver)
