**Position Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced **Senior Hair Assistant**to support our lead, award-winning Hair Colorist. This role demands the highest level of technical skill, professionalism, and discretion. You will work directly alongside a top-tier colorist known for trendsetting techniques and collaborations with premium brands.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in executing complex color services including balayage, glossing, highlights, corrective coloring, and custom color formulations.
- Prepare clients for appointments, including consultations, shampooing, treatments, and aftercare instructions.
- Maintain impeccable organization of tools, color inventory, and salon environment.
- Help document and prepare for brand collaborations, events, photoshoots, and international projects.
- Manage appointment scheduling, client communications, and personalized service needs.
- Provide second pair of hands during high-profile appointments ensuring seamless client experiences.
- Receive ongoing **one-on-one training**and mentorship directly from the Lead Colorist, focusing on mastery of advanced coloring techniques, client service excellence, and luxury salon operations.
- Stay updated on global color trends, techniques, and luxury service standards.
- Uphold strict confidentiality and a luxury client service ethos at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of salon experience, preferably in high-end or luxury settings.
- Licensed cosmetologist (where applicable by state/country law).
- Advanced understanding of color theory, modern coloring techniques, and aftercare.
- Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure with poise, especially with high-profile clients.
- Flexibility for occasional travel, extended hours, and special projects.
- Strong personal presentation, discretion, and a deep passion for beauty excellence.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience assisting a celebrity or internationally recognized stylist/colorist.
- Experience collaborating with premium or exclusive haircare brands.
- Background working backstage at fashion shows, editorial shoots, or luxury events.
