Job description

**Scope of Work**
- Deliver great customer skills (Smile, Outgoing, Professional and caring)
- Opening and closing of the bar
- Setup, operation and closing of POS
- Assist Manager in the efficient running of the day to day bar operations
- Attend to guests at bar area and restaurant when required
- Make recommendations and answer all related inquires
- Prepare, mix and serve drinks and beverages correctly to either customers directly or through serving staff
- Providing quality beverage and food products consistently by adhering to all recipe, presentation and quality standards
- Ensure clean glasses, bar equipment and working areas
- Comply with all health, safety and hygiene standards and policies
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 - 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- To deliver good quality bar products and services to customer satisfaction
- Good knowledge of spirits, cocktails and proper techniques
- Ability to keep bar organised, clean & tidy, stocking and inventory
- Good work attitude and communication skill
- Well groomed, energetic and motivated
- Guest oriented and service focus
- Friendly and enjoys meeting people
- Energetic and vibrant
- Expected to work independently as well as part of the team
- Great attention to details
- Always with a “can do” attitude

**Salary**: $1,600.00 - $2,400.00 per month
