**Job Description**:
**Our Client**:
Our client is an established US MNC in the Manufacturing Industry. They are actively looking to hire a Senior Financial Analyst to join their team in Singapore.

**The Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with business managers to prepare monthly order/sales forecasts and provide weekly updates
- Develop monthly P&L forecasts and comprehensive reporting packages, analyzing results and offering variance explanations to support region management reviews
- Contribute to annual planning, including topline, standard margin, and cost center spending
- Handle ad hoc assignments from line managers and regional business leaders
- Manage Credit and Collection, generating accurate and timely Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) reports monthly
- Ensure compliance with financial guidelines, company policies, and relevant legal regulations

Driving Business Results
- Support managers in achieving business targets and engage in business partnering with various teams
- Work closely with operations team to identify potential risks and propose proactive solutions
- Address questions and requests from operation and sales teams
- Assist line managers and BU business leaders in setting critical metrics, tracking results, and analyzing KPI trends
- Consolidate, prepare, and present multi-region financial reports and participate in business reviews
- Participate in cross-region Finance projects and assignments

**The Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Marketing, or Business Administration
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in FP&A, modeling, forecasting, budgeting, Finance, Accounting, or related areas
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Oracle, and Essbase/Smart view or similar financial systems
- Strong analytical skills utilizing business intelligence and reporting software
- Solid accounting knowledge with excellent financial analytics, summarization, and presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a team player with leadership skills
- Result-driven, highly self-motivated, and open to expanded responsibilities and job rotations
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills
