**Roles & Responsibilities**

Our office is in Tampines Central.

Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Consumer Travel & Partnerships, you will be assisting with:

- Sourcing and onboarding suitable partners for the marketing programme
- Providing administration support for the signing of contracts with the partners
- Providing support and training to partners on the use of the system
- Ensuring accuracy, reliability and timeliness of data exchange
- Ensuring the programme operates seamlessly for all parties, in particularly, acting as the first point of contact for any issues
- Reconciliation of programme miles
- Ensuring programme compliance
- Testing of system updates where applicable
- Proposing systems or programme improvements
- possess a minimum diploma qualification, preferably in business or marketing related fields
- have an eye for detail, especially in relation to data and contracts
- have strong initiative and be able to work independently
- have a strong interest in the retail and hospitality environment
- enjoy interacting and negotiating with people
- be prepared to work outside the office on occasion

Salary range: $2,200 (new diploma holder) to $2,800
