**Job Summary**:
As a Junior Sales Representative for our IT company, you will play a key role in driving sales growth by engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and promoting our technology solutions. This entry-level position is an excellent opportunity to develop your sales skills within the dynamic IT industry.
**Key Responsibilities:
**Prospecting and Lead Generation**:
Identify and research potential clients in the target market.
Collaborate with marketing to follow up on inbound leads.
**Client Engagement**:
Conduct introductory meetings and presentations to showcase our IT products and services.
Understand client needs and requirements to recommend appropriate solutions.
Build and maintain relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
**Sales Support**:
Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, quotes, and presentations.
Work closely with the sales team to coordinate and execute sales strategies.
Provide product information and demonstrations to clients.
**Pipeline Management**:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions in the CRM system.
Track and report on sales metrics, including lead conversion rates and sales activities.
Collaborate with senior sales representatives to manage the sales pipeline effectively.
**Market Research**:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on client insights.
**Training and Development**:
Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Seek opportunities for professional growth within the sales team.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related role is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
Basic understanding of IT products and services is advantageous.
Proficient in using standard office software and CRM systems.
