
Preschool Phonics Teacher

**Requirements**:
Experience: Minimum 2 years of phonics teaching experience, including 2 years of teaching preschoolers.
Schedule: Commitment of 1-2 weekends per week (for part-time). 3-4 weekdays + 2 weekends (for full-time).
**Skills**:
- Passion for teaching and child development.
- Ability to engage young learners with patience, creativity, and energy.
- Adaptable to varied teaching assignments (online & on-site)
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Teach phonics/English to children aged 3 to 8 years old, in-person and online, using a curated curriculum.
- Provide lesson feedback to parents about their child’s learning progress and development.
- Deliver engaging, enrichment-based classes ranging from 30 minutes to 2 hours per session.
- Use advanced online learning platforms effectively (training provided).
- Collaborate with the curriculum development team to innovate and create teaching materials.

**Competitive Compensation**:
Pay: $30-$60/h (Part-time), $3,000 - $4,500 per month (Full-time)
