Business FunctionGroup Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.Responsibilities* Perform loan processing & servicing such as, loan creation, disbursement, repayment, repricing, redemption, fee collection, etc* Perform audit confirmation activities - setup of new auditors, creation of customers’ instructions in system* Prepare manual computations of loan instalments or schedules for customers* Follow up with units/stakeholders to ensure all issues & rectifications are resolved* Liaise with BU/SU on loan processing matters* Perform ad-hoc and day-end reconciliations* Assist and support project related or process improvement tasks* Adhere to performance standards in processing turnaround time and accuracy requirementRequirements* Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or other discipline* Well-versed in Microsoft Office, strong proficiency in MS Excel* Able to work under pressure and tight timelines* Able to understand computation logic and methodology used* Meticulous, detailed and numerate* Good interpersonal skillsApply NowWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package and the professional advantages of a dynamic environment that supports your development and recognises your achievements.
