**The Job**

You will be responsible for:

- Recording accurate details and u actions taken to resolve issues or provide assistance.
- Ensuring customer service and satisfaction through clear communication and helpfulness in both languages
- Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
- Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
- Escalating customer feedback as required.
- You have at least 2 years experience within a Customer Service role, ideally within the Transport & Logistics industry.
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.
- At least College Level
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
