**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure smooth operation of all aspects of store including purchasing of materials and coordinating of deliveries.
- Perform transactions in SAP system.
- Reverse Logistics (Returns, NCR).
- Conduct cycle count, annual stock take.
- Ensure purchasing is performed and adhered to the Company policy.
- Readily to cover other branch when required.
- Coordinate with all branch for inter-branch store transferring
- Maintain and file all incoming and outgoing documents
- Generate monthly report to superior
- Ensure that all products received are in good conditions and report to the supervisor if there are any defects.
- Assist the supervisor in the issuance of delivery notes and ensure proper documentations and record on SAP system.
- Maintain the safety and cleanliness of the warehouse/store.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in Purchasing, Logistics or Store Management.
- Knowledge in SAP
- Able to work independently and has initiative, good interpersonal communication skills
- Knowledge in Automotive parts is an advantage.
- **Willing to work half day on Saturdays.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $1,809.85 - $2,800.00 per month
