**Responsibilities**:
**Learning objectives** for an intern involved in **Marketing & Event Management**:
**Understanding Event Planning**:

- Learn the fundamentals of Fiuu’s event planning, including conceptualization, budgeting, and logistics.
- Understand the Fiuu’s types of events (corporate, social, cultural, etc.) and their unique requirements.

**Client Communication and Relationship Building**:

- Develop effective communication skills to interact with merchant & partners, understand their needs, and manage expectations.
- Learn how to build and maintain positive merchant partner relationships throughout the event planning process.

**Project Coordination and Organization**:

- Gain hands-on experience in coordinating event details such as venue selection, catering, entertainment, and scheduling.
- Learn how to create and manage project timelines, task lists, and deadlines.

**Logistics and Operations**:

- Understand the logístical aspects of event execution, including setup, teardown, and on-site management.
- Learn about permits, licenses, and safety regulations related to event venues.

**Creativity and Innovation**:

- Explore creative event concepts, themes, and design elements.
- Learn how to adapt and innovate when faced with unexpected challenges during event execution.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, production, design) to ensure seamless event delivery.
- Understand the importance of teamwork and effective collaboration.

**Problem-Solving and Adaptability**:

- Develop problem-solving skills to address issues that arise during events (e.g., technical glitches, weather changes).
- Learn to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and make informed decisions.

**Event Marketing and Promotion**:

- Understand the role of marketing in event success.

**Budget Management**:

- Gain insights into budget creation, allocation, and cost control.
- Learn how to maximize resources while staying within budget constraints.

**Post-Event Evaluation and Analysis**:

- Learn how to assess the success of an event based on predefined metrics.
- Understand the importance of gathering feedback from clients, attendees, and team members.
