- Reporting to the Service Manager.

- Providing technical assistance and support to customers.
- Promoting preventative maintenance, and conducting after-sales technical support.

**Requirement**:

- 【What they're looking for】- Diploma/NITEC in Mechanical, Electronic or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in field service, including electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance of CNC machine tools.
- Experience working in CNC control systems such as Mitsubishi, Fanuc, Siemens or Heidenhain control
- Able to read and understand the mechanical drawings, electrical schematics and sequence (PLC) ladder diagrams
- Customer service-focused with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective customer relationships.
- Possess a valid class driving license is preferred
- Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.**English Level**:
