What you'll do
- Timely affirmation of FX, Equity, Rates and CDS OTC trades on electronic platforms
- Drafting of OTC confirmations for FX, Equity and CDS for structured and vanilla products
- Reviewing of incoming OTC ISDA Confirmations from client with an eye to detail, in particular ensuring that the legally binding confirmation matches the details of the trade in the trade management system
- Monitoring and handling cleared trades transactions and ensure booking accuracy
- Provide excellent clients service by proactively managing all client queries
- Participate in process improvement and automation initiatives
- Timely escalation of issues to stakeholders for resolution
What you'll need
- 2 years of relevant working experience in OTC Confirmations
- Exposure to derivative instruments or ISDA
- Good communications and interpersonal skills
- High level of initiative and able to work collaboratively across teams
- To multi-task in a high-pressure environment
- Results oriented
- Meticulous to details
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
