Daggerwing Group is seeing an Associate Principal for our Singapore team.

**About the Job**

As the Associate Principal for Daggerwing Group’s change management consulting services in APAC, with a homebase in Singapore, you will be focused on three areas:

- Leading the APAC contribution to major change management initiatives for global, primarily Fortune 500 clients, in partnership with Daggerwing teams in Europe and North America.
- Guiding, empowering, and supporting staff so that they love the career-building benefits of working at Daggerwing.
- Helping to build the profile and regional business of Daggerwing in Singapore and across APAC, including responding to referrals and opportunities that arise from Daggerwing’s parent company network in APAC

You will report to a Principal and you will be part of a Global Leadership Team that you can tap into for ideas and support from different Daggerwing Group offices around the world to support you in creating fantastic strategies, experiences and tangible deliverables for clients for challenges that range from operationalizing sustainability and driving enterprise culture change, to implementing new operating models and helping clients to win the war on talent.

Daggerwing Group is part of Omnicom Group Inc, one of the world’s largest holding companies of advertising, marketing, media, digital and public relations firms. While Daggerwing Group is a consulting firm, a key business driver for Daggerwing is liaison with Omnicom agency leaders - whose clients are among the leading brands in the world. As the Associate Principal for Daggerwing Group in Singapore, a part of your role will sometimes include nurturing relationships with Omnicom agencies in Asia as a source of new business and as part of a team of firms servicing clients.

**Responsibilities**
- **Contributing to Global Business Growth**_
- Working with current clients and other members of Daggerwing’s Global Leadership Team to understand their business challenges - and then providing them with Daggerwing change consulting suggestions and proposals that address their challenges and opportunities
- Building and strengthening relationships with leaders at Omnicom agencies, to encourage them to bring Daggerwing Group into new business pitches and to help current clients with internal problems
- Contributing your expertise and understanding of the Asian business environment as a contributor to major global Daggerwing Group pitches and current projects
- Generating thought leadership articles for the Daggerwing Group website and to promote on social media such as LinkedIn, demonstrating Daggerwing’s ‘human-centred’ way of thinking about how to help organisations change
- **Managing delivery for clients - and delivery of results for Daggerwing**_
- Learning about - and staying on top of - Daggerwing Group’s most effective methods of using business acumen, human-centred thinking and creativity to create programs that meet business needs
- Developing SOWs, project plans and budgets for both new and current clients - taking into consideration client business needs and staffing/pricing approaches that ensure Daggerwing Group meets or exceeds revenue
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients in ways that build client loyalty and longevity
- Providing hands-on support and oversight for client projects to ensure they are on track from both a client financial perspective
- Ensuring that your team members have the information, resources and encouragement they need to deliver work at the level expected by a Top 10 rated firm. This can include helping to ensure the team is ideating and collaborating with each other and team members from other offices
- **Strengthening the experience for our Employees**_
- Working with employees on the Asian team to ensure that they have solid career progression and development plans that align each employee’s personal goals with the ambitions of Daggerwing Group
- Collaborating with Daggerwing Group HR on the process to find and secure new talent within Asia
- Provide hands-on coaching continuously so that employees are always learning - but at the same time ensuring that employees feel confident in trying new things, taking appropriate risks and learning new skills
- Providing feedback in annual reviews, as well as providing continual feedback and/or having constructive conversations with employees if there are performance issues
- Collaborating with employees to organise team-building activities, to support social causes, and to make connections with Daggerwinggers in other parts of the world.

**Job Requirements**
- Experience working for a professional services consulting firm in driving business through the management of clients
- Experience in one or more areas of change management consulting for large clients and/or projects - such as working with executive leadership teams, culture change, organisational or process change, employee
