Roles & Responsibilities
**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare monthly progress payment claims
- Monthly closing of invoices
- Creation of PO (Purchase Order)
- Liaising with vendors for item purchasing
- Manage office supplies and ration
- General administrator duties and documentation
- Ad-hoc duties assigned by Project Manager
**Requirements**:
- 2 years working experiences in construction sector. Those without working experience will be considered
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel and Words
- Good at filing and summarizing
- Willing to learn
- Construction site working environment
- At least diploma or equivalent
