**Your key responsibilities**:

- Oversight of India NOC team in BAU activities, including to perform 4 eye checks and provide day-to-day guidance
- SME and go-to person on Churning, Cross Border and Pricing control related matters
- Liaise with various stakeholders such as RC, Operations, Back Office Compliance, and DCO on Control related projects
- Follow up on long outstanding deficiencies with Relationship Centre
- Oversight of all responsible 1st LOD control and ensures execution quality and timeliness
- Coordinate internal/external audit and regulatory enquiries/requests to provide data
- Maintain and track various work flow stages/activities and escalation to Team Lead in any identified deviation/issue
- Prepare regular management reporting
- Perform regulatory survey for submitting to regulators
- Participating in remediation projects
- Responsible for day-to-day enquiries related to 1st LOD process/controls from Relationship Centre
- Identifying and prioritizing improvement opportunities and supporting the implementation of control areas of activity

**Your skills and experience**:

- Minimum 6 years of experience in the private banking industry
- Solid experience/knowledge in 1LOD controls in Private Banking
- Relevant Product knowledge in Private Banking
- Self-starter with strong interpersonal skills. Good team player and be able to cope well under pressure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Literate in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Familiar with banking system such as Avaloq and Sales Force
- University Graduate or equivalent

Role is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office. Relevant vaccination requirements may apply.
