Consultant

**About the Role**:
We are seeking a driven and dynamic **Consultant**to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of sustainability-related projects, particularly in the apparel, agriculture, and food and beverage sectors across Asia, with a focus on Southeast Asia. You will also play a critical role in originating business opportunities, managing project workstreams, and supporting the growth of RESET’s services in the region.

This role offers a fixed monthly salary and is eligible for sales commission based on deals you originate.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Delivery & Management**:
Support and manage proposals and projects, particularly in Singapore and surrounding countries.
Represent RESET in meetings, business development activities, and industry engagement events as needed.
Manage individual workstreams under the guidance of senior team members, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
Lead research, data analysis, report writing, and proposal development on a wide range of environmental sustainability topics.
Advise clients on carbon target setting, reduction strategies, and business opportunities aligned with decarbonization goals.
- **Business Development**:
Initiate and develop relationships with prospective clients, with a particular focus on key strategic sectors such as apparel, agriculture, and F&B.
Support the Southeast Asia Director in driving business development initiatives.
Actively contribute to growing RESET’s footprint in Southeast Asia.
- **Knowledge Management & Internal Development**:
Support the development of tools, templates, and methodologies for improved project execution and business development.
Provide localized training and onboarding support for new colleagues in Singapore.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members in Southeast Asia.
- **Strategic Focus Areas**:
Contribute to advancing RESET’s service strategies in the food, beverage, and agriculture sectors.
Assist in the continual improvement and expansion of RESET’s service offerings across Asia.

**Skills and Qualifications**:
**Required**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sustainability, Environmental Science, Agriculture, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in consulting, project management, business development, or sustainability sectors.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and execute work independently.
- Analytical and research skills with a keen eye for detail.
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

**Preferred**:

- Experience in the apparel, agriculture, food & beverage, or sustainability consulting sectors.
- Familiarity with carbon management strategies and sustainability reporting.
- Prior exposure to Southeast Asia markets and regional business practices.
