_**Responsibilities**_
- Key point of contact for the IT systems and hardware (such as servers, RIS/PACS, clinic management software) in the organisation’s clinics/centres.
- Assist users with IT issues with mínimal downtime.
- Perform server administration tasks, including user administration, security permissions, print services, research event log warnings and errors, and resource monitoring, ensuring system architecture components work together seamlessly.
- Work with the organisation’s assigned vendor to perform system migration and UAT, where required.
- Perform system backup and recovery.
- Perform on-going performance tuning, resource optimization, repair and recovery from hardware or software failure for desktop and servers.
- Pro-actively anticipates technical risks and issues and ensures that appropriate mitigation planning is in place to avoid compromising delivery.
- Maintain a high level of user satisfaction with new and existing technologies.
- Maintain an equipment list of all IT equipment and software.
- Any other IT support and projects as assigned.
- **Qualifications & Requirements**_
- Minimum Diploma in IT or related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience.
- Prior experience in healthcare would be an advantage
- Possess passion for IT technology to improve business operations.
- Able to communicate technological terms to non-professionals seamlessly.
**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,800.00 per month
