Job Qualification:

- Six or more years of demonstrable relevant IT work Performance Testing
- In-depth knowledge and experience working with Micro focus Loadrunner and Jmeter.
- Must have hands-on experience on end-to-end performance testing lifecycle.
- Experience in defining test metrics, conducting analysis and result reporting
- Experience in using performance monitors like Dynatrace or APM would be a plus
- Experience in test automation tools like Selenium, Appium with one or more coding language skills will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication (spoken and written) skills and be able to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with Performance Manager to understand the Performance Testing requirements
- Establish performance test objectives, acceptance criteria, workload profiles and use case scenarios
- Solve complex problems and provide clear and concise reports with recommendations
- Work closely with development teams, architects and engineers to test their products under load and make recommendations to improve performance, reliability and stability
