**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage plumbing, sanitary, and sewer projects, ensuring timely installation in accordance with contract work duration.
- Maintain and record forecast schedules, monitor delays, and provide regular progress updates.
- Familiar with contract work scope; monitor work in line with omissions and additions, and update the Quantity Surveyor on variations.
- Ensure compliance with technical specifications and manage material procurement, cost control, and minimize material wastage within budget.
- Provide technical support and assist in project planning and coordination of all site activities.
- Coordinate and supervise construction teams and subcontractors for the erection, testing, and commissioning of installations to meet required specifications and quality standards.
- Liaise with consultants, owners, and relevant authorities, including LTA (Land Transport Authority) and BCA (Building and Construction Authority), regarding engineering requests and compliance.
- Plan and schedule work activities at sites according to the master program, ensuring timely and safe execution.
- Supervise installation compliance and requirements during construction from start to completion and handover.
- Ensure contractor work adheres to design drawings, specifications, shop drawings, method statements, and local codes and regulations.
- Work closely with relevant authorities, subcontractors, and clients on shop drawings, equipment submissions, inspections, testing requirements, and commissioning.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in plumbing, sanitary, or sewer projects.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
