Curriculum & Learning Experience Executive

TaF.tc’s newly revamped Curriculum and Learning Experience (CLX) department is expanding to meet the demands of adult education in this post-pandemic world. We welcome you to join a dynamic team responsible for building an ethical, inclusive, and technologically-enabled Learning Experience for our stakeholders (i.e. educators, adult learners, and even your fellow colleagues). To that end, you will conceptualize and implement new approaches or solutions that will benefit all stakeholders, whilst ensuring that our courses continue to upload the highest standards of quality in order to prepare our students for the industry’s latest challenges.

Our current movement primarily involves utilizing technology to further expand our teaching capabilities and come up with new ways to help our students better adapt to a more technological world. This involves building and expanding learning management systems, video creation and conducting research into the student experience. Our goal is to find new ways to revolutionize the way we think about adult education.

**Here's What You'll Do Day to Day**:

- Working Towards Academic Excellence.
Liaising with governmental regulators and representatives, as well as working with government systems (e.g. WDA’s Skills Connect and CPE’s License One profile) to ensure that our courses are registered as meeting national standards.
- Conduct internal checks on the quality and effectiveness of our training programmes and training materials, in order to ensure that they meet our school’s standards.
- Be willing to track, prepare, analyse and present data related to academic quality control and departmental KPIs to senior management and government authorities.
- Be awarded the autonomy to create fully asynchronous learning courses for TaF.tc
- Network with industry experts on various specializations to help develop course materials.

**Co-creating an Unparalleled Learning Experience**:

- Evaluate the quality and effectiveness of our training efforts, and develop new creative learning methods or digital training materials in order to improve their efficacy.
- Self-ownership in developing and implementing new classes alongside industry experts. You will be involved at all levels of this new course development - from sourcing for prospective trainers, and gathering suppliers to support lessons, to even coming up with effective educational methodologies.
- Coordinate between Trainers and Vendors to ensure that project deliverables for e-learning development are met.
- Identifying and implementing digital solutions in order to address hinderances to a frictionless learning experience
- Be part of a team championing the department’s digital transformation both academically and administratively.

**Here’s What is Required**:

- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree. Preferably in Educational Science but fresh graduates are welcome.
- Previous experience in learning curriculum design and student experience is appreciated.
- We are not looking for administrators but instead, content creators who are capable of revolutionizing learning.
- Skills in Adobe Premiere, Illustrator, and InDesign are a bonus.
